Thayz Guimarães

Thayz Guimarães, a Brazilian freelance journalist covering international security, is a nonresident fellow at the Atlantic Council's Global China Hub and an alumna of the US State Department's International Visitor Leadership Program. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, BBC News Brasil and O Globo.
