Brazil to test higher biodiesel blend in diesel

The Brazilian government will launch a testing program in May to raise the share of biodiesel in regular diesel from the current 15% blend to as much as 25%. The initiative is part of a broader biofuel strategy set out in legislation enacted in 2024, with gradual targets extending to 2030.
