Flávio Bolsonaro's presidential bid sparks crises with Washington and Buenos Aires

Senator Flávio Bolsonaro formally launched his presidential campaign at the Liberal Party convention in São Paulo on Saturday (more below). His event sparked open diplomatic conflicts with two of Brazil's most important partners: the United States and Argentina.
