Brazil votes on Sunday with 58.6% of its electorate living in states where the presidential race is a statistical tie. State polls by Quaest and Datafolha put President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva ahead in 10 states holding 44.1 million voters and Senator Flávio Bolsonaro ahead in seven holding 21.3 million. The other 10, home to 92.4 million voters, are toss-ups, among them São Paulo (Flávio +3) and Minas Gerais (Lula +5).
