Matheus Puppe

Matheus Puppe is a digital law specialist, advising on Web3, AI, data protection and digital markets. He serves as data protection officer for Brazil's Federal Bar Association (OAB) and heads the digital law portfolio at IBI, the Brazilian Institute for Innovation. Puppe is also a doctoral candidate at Goethe University Frankfurt.
