Brazil’s antitrust watchdog CADE is set to review the proposed merger between meatpackers BRF and Marfrig at a meeting scheduled for Wednesday. Market analysts widely expect the deal to be cleared, paving the way for the creation of a new conglomerate: MBRF Global Foods Company.
