What are Brazilian CEOs worried about?

Brazilian CEOs are entering 2026 with cautious optimism. A majority expect both the global and domestic economies to grow in the year ahead, though that confidence has diminished compared with previous years, according to PwC’s latest Global CEO Survey, which surveyed more than 4,400 business leaders in 95 countries.
When asked about the global outlook, Brazilian chief executives remain broadly optimistic: 56% expect growth, though much less than the 68% recorded a year earlier. By contrast, optimism from CEOs worldwide has risen in each of the past four editions of the survey, reaching 61% this time around.
