Brazil’s state-controlled postal company, Correios, has announced a sweeping restructuring plan amid mounting losses and a deep financial crisis. The strategy includes a loan of BRL 20 billion (USD 3.7 billion) being arranged through public and private banks, backed by a federal government guarantee.
