Wednesday night marked an important moment in the career of Brazilian football star Neymar. Certainly not because of his Santos side’s disappointing 2-1 home defeat to Internacional, the 33-year-old’s own subpar performance on the pitch, or his heated argument with a disgruntled fan after the final whistle.
It was important because it marked the first time in more than two years that Neymar managed to complete a full 90 minutes, for the third match in succession.
